The service was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The environment was clean and cozy, with a relaxing ambiance that added to the charm. And the food? Absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Everything came together perfectly for a lovely visit.

Quite a hidden cafe under the Owls Cafe situated inside the Calvary Convention Centre. The menu is similar and we had the duck pasta and one of their famously delicious waffles. Overall a good experience.

“potatoes today, tomorrow and everyday!” Received a table upon walking in for a table of 15 which was remarkable given it was a weekend evening. The temperature of the room wasn’t on either extreme which i appreciated because i hate cold restaurants. Decided on the ‘Owlsome Maryland’ which is described as, “ Deep fried breaded chicken served on truffle creamy mashed potatoes, salad, and honey mustard sauce.” I was particularly eager for the mashed potatoes, but my expectations were unfortunately too high. The Chicken was tender, crispy, and tasty. Pairing it with the honey sauce elevated the taste. The portion was definitely well priced but i’m not sure the quality of the meal was….the mashed potatoes and salad could be improved.

The smoked duck aglio olio was too salty and the garlic chili prawn pasta was tasteless Rebecca waffle was not crispy or freshly hot. I hope the food could improve itself. The servers are good and attentive as the place is also cozy. I gave feedback and they were nice enough to give a discount for the waffle coffee is good

New Chapter by the Owls Cafe is a pleasant cafe for some delicious waffles and coffee. The Classic Fried Chicken was done very well as chicken skin was crispy while the meat was juicy. It was a very lovely savoury waffle. David, the sweet waffle was a perfect dessert pairing with coffee. The cafe was quiet with warm sunlight coming in from the long glass windows. It is definitely a beautiful cafe with great green view outside while you are having a sip of coffee.
